Bus Terminal Arrivals and Departures

  • All Terminal Arrivals and Departures are CASH ONLY (You will pay at your destination – Drivers do not accept cash)
  • Standard Cost: $75.00 per person
  • 12 & Under Cost: $55.00 per person Napa Only
  • Tickets for Vallejo are $75.00 per person regardless of age
  • Recommended gratuity $1-$5 per person

Hotel Shuttle to/or from the Airport

  • Due to the busyness of Napa Valleys harvest season, all reservations for a hotel pick up or drop off will require reservations to be made the day prior no later then 4 o’clock PM.
  • Standard Cost: $99.00 per person, Napa and Yountville Hotels
  • 12 & Under Cost: $75.00 per person, Napa and Yountville Hotels
  • If you fail to meet the 4 o’clock pm, prior day booking threshold we will be happy to assist by calling you a cab (Lyft and Uber are also available)


  • Parking at the Napa Terminal – Flat rate of $5.00 per day

Hotel Pickups:

  • We service all hotels in the town of Napa and Yountville with the exception of Carneros Inn and Springhill Suites Marriott

Important Info:

  • There are NO reservations required unless you need shuttle service to/or from a Hotel or a wheelchair accessible vehicle is needed.
  • To ensure that we can accommodate your hotel or wheel chair requests we recommend that you make your reservations 24 hours in advance.
  • Luggage Limit – Two suitcases and one carry-on. We reserve the right to refuse any excess. $10 per extra piece.
  • Transportation of Animals Prohibited – Except for service animals
  • Schedule and Fares are subject to change.
  • Schedule is good for all holidays  excluding Christmas Day (CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY)
  • Evans airporter will not be responsible for delays in traffic. Please allow enough time assuming that there will be traffic delays above and beyond the estimated arrival time.
