Q. Which airports do you service?
A. We service both the San Francisco International Airport and the Oakland International Airport. With shuttles leaving from Napa, CA and Vallejo, CA.

Q. How much is the fare?
A. The one-way fare is $40.00 per person to the Vallejo Marriott or to our Napa Terminal. Payment is by cash only. The cost for a drop at the Hotel is $60.00.

Q. Will Evans drop me at my hotel?
A. Yes, we do offer transportation to hotels in Napa and Yountville. The cost of transportation to /or from the airport to a hotel is $60.00 total and you would reserve this online. • Due to the busyness of Napa Valleys harvest season, all reservations for a hotel pick up or drop off will require reservations to be made the day prior no later then 4 o’clock PM.

Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. No reservation is needed for the airport pick up unless we are delivering you to a hotel. Just wait at the designated area at the scheduled time and board the shuttle. Your payment is due when you arrive at the Napa or Vallejo Terminal. It really IS that easy. If you are being picked up at a hotel, there is a 6-14 hour advance notice required based on certain schedules and again this is done online.

Q. Where should I wait at the airport?
A. For SFO, our shuttles pick up at all three domestic terminals and the International terminal. All pick up points are marked with a green and white painted curb. All pick-ups are on the baggage claim level.

Q. How early should I buy my ticket to the airport?
A. You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time to purchase your ticket. Napa departures can be purchased at 4075 Solano Ave, Napa, CA. Vallejo departures can be purchased at the hotel lobby desk, Courtyard Marriott, 1000 Fairgrounds Drive, Vallejo, CA.

Q. Can I leave my car parked while I am away?
A. Absolutely. Evans has a lot where you can park for $5.00 per day. Just let the receptionist know that you want to park when you purchase your ticket and they will help you with the process. If you are leaving from Vallejo, the Courtyard Marriott offers parking as well. Please call them directly for prices and any additional information. 707-644-1200.

Q. What is the travel time from Napa to SFO? From SFO to Napa?
A. Normally, about 1 ½ hours, but the travel time will vary depending on the time of day and the traffic conditions. A good rule of thumb is to allow yourself at least 2 hours of travel time on the shuttle.

Q. What is the travel time from Napa to OAK? From OAK to Napa?
A. Normally, about 1hr and 15minues, but the travel time will vary depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. It is always good to allow at least 2 hours of travel time on the shuttle.

Q. How much should I tip my driver?
A. Our drivers fight the Bay Area traffic everyday and have a big responsibility to get you to your location safely.  If you feel that your driver was professional, helpful and got you to your location safely the recommended gratuity is $1 – $5 per person.  Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated!
