Evans Airporter has been a staple in Napa Valley for over 35 years! We offer 16 scheduled rides throughout the day to and from Oakland and Francisco Airports.
Let Evans Group and Event Department make your arrivals and departures seamless for your guests by setting up a Master Billing so that your attendees can schedule their transportation direct on our website and bill it to a created Event for your program! or Simply upload your manifest and let our staff do all the work.

- Arrival and departure manifest
- Itemized bill with passenger names to confirm billing
- An email explaining direct instructions on your guests travel plans that can be sent to all attendees
- Access to our CWT Corporate rates for VIPs or door to door private transportation

All departures from Napa Hotels may vary based on the number of stops. Your passengers will receive a text alert advising them the estimated time of the drivers arrival. There will be an opportunity to use the restroom and grab a complimentary cup of coffee at our Napa Terminal before departing on one of our Motor Coaches. There will also be one stop in Vallejo on the way to the airport to briefly load additional passengers.
